Without the blues masters of the Mississippi Delta, we wouldn’t have modern popular music as we know it. Over the last year or two, I’ve been listening for their digital echoes in remixes, samples, and mashups. By curating this DJ mix, I’m paying homage to the enduring vitality of blues music.
